A federal judge in Kentucky struck as premature his opinion denying a bid by Amazon and a subsidiary to partially dismiss a wrongful termination lawsuit by the former medical director of a company Covid-19 testing laboratory.
The US District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky said Monday in a docket entry in Qussay Albakri’s case against Amazon.com Services LLC and STS Lab 2 LLC that the opinion issued Dec. 2 was “filed in error” and was now stricken.
A clerk for the court told Bloomberg Law Tuesday that the opinion hadn’t made its way through the full approval process …
