What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied your online purchase, you may return it via mail within 30 days with a receipt for a refund. You can request a prepaid shipping return label by calling 518-581-1201 ext. 2130. Items purchased online cannot be returned to a Stewart’s Shop.
The following items cannot be returned:
Stewart’s Shops My Money Cards and Stewart’s Gas Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.
Please note that Holiday and limited-time-only collection items may have modified return policies.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will take 1 – 7 business days from Stewart’s Shops receiving your return for a credit to be issued. Refunds will be provided to the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including any applicable sales tax.
Can I exchange my item?
You cannot exchange your item. Most items returned in new condition within 30 days will be eligible for a refund.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling will depend on the weight of the items and the size of the box and will be determined when the order is placed.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Most items will be received within 5-7 business days of placing the order via UPS Ground. Orders can be expedited for an additional cost.
Where can I find my order tracking number?
Tracking numbers are provided in your ‘Item Has Shipped’ email when your item/s ship/s from our warehouse. Our Consumer Affairs Team can be reached at 518-581-1201 ext. 2130 if you need additional assistance.

Can I order a Stewart’s My Money Card online?
Yes, you can order a Stewart’s My Money Card online. You can order My Money Cards in increments of $25, $50, or $100.
Can I purchase gas with a My Money Card?
Yes, you can purchase gas and any item in our shop with a My Money Card. Privileged products will require a valid ID.
Do you sell a gas-only gift card?
Yes, we offer Stewart’s gas cards in increments of $25, $50 and $100. Gas only gift cards are only for gas purchases.
Can I reload my Stewart’s My Money Card or Stewart’s Gas Card online?
No, you cannot reload your Stewart’s My Money Card or Stewart’s Gas Card online. However, they can be reloaded at your local Stewart’s Shop.
Can you ship ice cream?
Unfortunately, our ordering system is not set up to ship ice cream at this time.
How do I cancel my order?
You can log into your account and cancel your order if it has not been fulfilled.
Can I cancel my order while my shipment is being processed?
If the order has been processed, it is not possible to cancel the order.
How do I track my package?
You can reference your ‘Item Has Shipped’ email. Tracking numbers are provided in your email when your item/s ship/s from our warehouse.
My package never arrived, what do I do now?
We are not responsible for a wrong shipping address if you provided incorrect information. If your tracking information says the product was delivered, we ask that you file a claim with UPS.
Where do you ship items to?
At this time, we can only ship within the continental United States.
If the item is out of stock, will I be able to place a future order for the item?
All of these items are limited run items and may not be available for purchase again. We ask that you check our online shop for available products.
